Tre Ciccio is delighted to announce an exciting transformation. Following a temporary closure in November due to staffing issues, the restaurant is relaunching under new local management as Tallow Bar & Grill. With a fresh focus on a predominantly steak grill menu, complemented by brunch favourites and expertly crafted cocktails, Tallow is set to reimagine the dining experience for Glossop locals.
A New Local Partnership
After an extensive search for a passionate local team, Tre Ciccio is proud to welcome two talented chefs and lifelong friends, Rhys and Bill, as the new driving force behind the restaurant. Their story is deeply rooted in Glossop – their shared passion for steak and locally sourced produce is the foundation of Tallow’s philosophy. “Our aim is simple: to bring the finest local produce from field to plate,” they say, inviting diners to enjoy unique cuts of meat, exquisite sides, and superb wines in every dish.
From Our Kitchen to Your Table
Rhys and Bill’s culinary journey began over a decade ago in a small Glossop kitchen. Since then, their combined expertise has evolved through varied experiences in kitchens both together and independently. Their commitment to creating more than just a meal, but a full dining experience, is set to shine through every plate served at Tallow Bar & Grill.
Voucher Redemption and Booking Information
Existing Tre Ciccio vouchers will continue to be honoured. Guests are encouraged to book their table as usual and simply present their vouchers upon arrival. The new booking system will open on 6th April via our new website at www.tallow-barandgrill.co.uk, where sample menus and further details are available.
